Starters

REINDEER CARPACCIO
Thinly sliced cured reindeer, paired with berries, smoked cheese, herbs and pickled mushrooms, drizzled with homemade vinaigrette.

DOUBLE SMOKED LAMB
Smoked Icelandic lamb slices served with dry berries, nuts, seeds, herbs and a horseradish dressing.

COD TOUNGES “GELLUR”
Sautéed in butter, garlic, shallots and white wine sauce topped with crispy Icelandic potato chips and pickled onion. Served with garlic bread.

SCALLOPS
Seared in garlic butter with herbs and pickled fennel.

SOUP OF THE DAY
Served with house bread and whipped butter.


Main

ARCTIC CHAR
Land raised arctic char served with butter fried Icelandic potatoes, mushroom sauce and seasonal vegetables.

ICELANDIC LAMB
Served with golden fondant potato, seasonal vegetables, rhubarb and beetroot sauce.

REINDEER SHANK
With parsnip puree, pickled cabbage, organic vegetables and red wine sauce.

NUT ROAST
Served with seasonal, organic vegetables, barely and Romanesco sauce.

BEER ICECREAM
Using dark beer from the Faroe Islands.
Served with pumpkin seed oil and crunchy rye breadcrumbs.

CHOCOLATE BROWNIE
Rich, soft, warm chocolate brownie served with whipped cream.

CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
With fresh berries and whipped cream.

LEMON CAKE
Vegan friendly cheesecake with vanilla sauce and lemon zest.
