Our menu is carefully crafted by our skilled chefs, who take pride in sourcing ingredients from trusted local producers. At Torfan, we are dedicated to supporting small businesses. The premium Icelandic meats are sourced from B Jensen in Akureyri, while we personally import additional meats from a farm in Lapland. For seafood, we work with Hnýfill in Eyjarfjörður to bring you the finest catches.
We partner with a small importer to bring in organically grown vegetables, and we also source a variety of products from farms across Iceland. These include Vellir near Dalvík and Gunnarsstaðir near Þórshöfn in Langanes.
Our menu evolves with the seasons to ensure that we always serve the freshest ingredients, no matter the time of year.
